Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact our team quoting your order number before returning your item/s.
To be eligible for a return your item/s:
- must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- must be in the original packaging
- needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item/s, we will inspect it to ensure that it is eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment). Please note the time it can take for you to receive the funds varies depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange the product for the same item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
Return Delivery
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item/s. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
